10 Points Program of the Elvish Youth

I firstly made this in Portuguese to post in my facebook page of TTRPG assets. It's the political program of an organization, the Elvish Youth Movement.

It's my thought that "class struggle" between imortal elves would arise in the form of youth discontent against the eternal monarchy and aristocracy (like those in Tolkien or Warcraft for example). The older elves would value doing like always because it works, the younger elves would want change. 

This 10 point program could be an in-game pamphlet distributed to the player's characters, and could start new adventures. Hope you all like it.
